Architectural
Collaborations

We work alongside leading architects from concept through construction to deliver homes that are architecturally sound and precisely built. Early alignment between design and construction allows us to protect the vision while maintaining control over cost and schedule. Our partners include:

Engineering & Sustainability

Every Blue Label home is built to the highest standards:

Hillside and seismic

We specialize in hillside construction and overengineer structural systems to account for slope, soil, and seismic conditions unique to the Pacific Palisades. Our approach exceeds code requirements to ensure long-term structural integrity.

Fire resilience

All homes are constructed with fire-resistant assemblies, including Class A roofing, noncombustible cladding, ember-resistant vents, and dual-pane tempered windows. Site planning incorporates defensible space and strategic vegetation management.

img

Energy and solar readiness

Homes are designed to meet or exceed Title 24 standards and are prewired for future solar integration. High efficiency insulation, HVAC, and water heating systems reduce energy consumption and support long-term performance goals, including net zero or energy certification.

img

Smart technology

Infrastructure is planned early for full home automation, including lighting, climate control, security, and leak detection. Each home is equipped with structured wiring and integrated control systems that support seamless functionality and future scalability.

The design process felt personal, not transactional. We knew exactly what we were building, what it would cost, and when we’d move in.
